About the role:

Opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support to Chief People Officer and Chief Digital Transformation Officer. You will provide the high level executive support preparing correspondence, reports and presentations, dealing with highly confidential information, diary management, expense management, coordinating travel, event management, organising and providing support at management meetings as well as liaising with other key internal and external stakeholders. What you will be doing?

• Coordinate and manage the day to day operations of the hotel whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience – every guest, every interaction, every day.

• Have the necessary skills and training to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers.
