The Role

The Transaction Monitoring Analyst main responsibility relates to the investigation of daily transaction monitoring alerts, raising Unusual Activity Referrals and reporting SMRs where required.

You will also assist in other AML/CTF responsibilities including ECDD, PEP and Sanction reviews, and oversight of the reporting registers to ensure data entry accuracy and adherence to SLAs.

You will also be required to raise any AML risks or vulnerabilities and assist in continuous improvement as our Transaction Monitoring and AML function matures.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

· Experience in investigation of daily transaction monitoring alerts

· Knowledge of IFTI, TTR and SMR organisation and reporting

· Sound understanding and working knowledge of the AML/CTF program: Part A and Part B regulatory requirements.

· Previous experience interacting with external partners such as law enforcement agencies, vendors, and banks to action requests and validate information

· Identifying AML risks and vulnerabilities

· Understanding of the legislative requirements and policies that underpin fraud control operations

· Excellent written, communication & organisational skills

· Strong analytical skills

· An enquiring mind and a good eye for detail

· Ability to multi-task

· Transaction monitoring and suspicious matter reporting experience essential

· Minimum 2 years in a similar role

· Understanding of other AML functions including ECDD

About the role:
The BA Manager role is a highly specialised position, central to the implementation of projects. The role has the responsibility for stakeholder management and requires collaboration and liaison with customers and business teams across all business units, technology and product teams for new and existing client projects.

In this role the individual will be required to provide support to business mapping, including interpretation and negotiation, facilitate sprint planning, scrum meetings, retrospective sessions, estimations and demos.

The Role

Responsibilities

• Interpret, analyse and apply financial data into a financial model
• Implement quality credit decisions in accordance with the Board-approved risk appetite and credit policy
• Taking responsibility for the committed turnaround times on credit decisions

• A good understanding of any unsecured asset class in Australia / NZ.
• Must have been a DLA and owned the end-to-end credit decision

About the opportunity…

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Accountant to join our team, working in our ELMO Software HQ Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our organization, as well as assist with any new ‘special’ projects and become a super user of ELMO’s financial systems. Assisting the Senior Financial Accountant with month end management reporting
Analytical review of monthly/half-year and annual results to assist in variance reporting

The Role

The Missing Link Security Operations Centre provides 24x7 Managed Detection & Response (MDR) support to our clients across a variety of sectors. Day-to-day you will be responsible for the monitoring and triaging of alerts from market-leading MDR technologies, collaborating with our SOC Engineers, Red Team and our clients to develop, test and tune use cases through Purple Teaming exercises.

You will also be proactively supporting our clients and the Senior Security Analysts in responding to security incidents, through log and malware analysis, OSINT and researching the latest zero-day vulnerabilities.

Lyka is growing and is looking for an exceptional Sales Operations Analyst that will be responsible for helping set up systems and processes for the Partnerships Team, our GTM launch for our Vet Partners Program and troubleshooting issues as we scale rapidly with a small team.

Who you are

You will create quality, efficiency and velocity for our Partnership team by building thoughful processes and automations using our CRM and supporting tech stack. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact and hit the ground running by helping with our GTM launch for our Vet Program. As a valued contributor of our team, you will have experience delivering projects through thoughtful analysis, while having a positive impact on the health of dogs and the planet!

What you will do

• Manage our CRM (HubSpot), ensuring proper data hygiene and adherence, while collaborating with internal teams to drive new automations, processes and integrations
• Work with Lyka Pack Members to identify system gaps, errors and shortcomings while developing and owning the plan for remediation
• Project manage large scale program launches, like our upcoming Vet Program, as well as system changes and process improvements by working with multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are clearly communicated
• Act as a trusted partner to our sales team by assisting with the development of sales plans and strategies, offering comprehensive operational and analytical support
• Identify and drive key projects across Lyka/Partnerships, ensuring the overall roadmap is aligned with overall internal infrastructure

• Oversee inventory financial management in accordance with company guidelines
• Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximise efficiency and accuracy of inventory on hand and cost of goods sold
• Ownership of cost of goods recognition in line with company accounting policy
• Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount and value of items are recorded in stock accurately in the general ledger
• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
• Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records
• Track rates of accuracy, purchase and return as well as defective items to inform supply chain and quality control
• Generate financial inventory reports including product profitability; review reports monthly with relevant stakeholders 
• Prepare intercompany invoicing for Global Koala Group 
• Nurture positive relationships with suppliers and provide a highly accountable level of customer service to all stakeholders 
• Month end reporting
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts regularly
• Provide insights to the wider finance team and business

Ideal background…

• Previous cost accounting or inventory experience in a manufacturing or retail industry
• Ability to effectively communicate with non-finance staff, including supply chain, logistics and warehouse
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and forward thinking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent working knowledge of computer software including Excel/GSheet and other production / costing software and ERP systems (Netsuite experience a bonus)
• Relevant Accounting/Business or Finance degree
• Currently studying for or completed CPA or CA is desirable
