An exciting opportunity to join the Marketing Team has become available within the National Buying department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full time opportunity. 

As an Executive Manager (Customer Insights and Strategy), you will be responsible in supporting the success of ALDI marketing and business strategies through the use of data, to drive strategic decision making.

Key responsibilities: 

• Oversee and manage ALDI’s market research, analytics and insights program
• Act as the central ‘knowledge hub’ for all market research and customer insights within ALDI to support strategic decision making
• Coordinate consumer focused quantitative and qualitative research projects
• Recommend and drive strategic improvements to the ALDI business
• Deliver and present consistent, accurate and timely reports to the business
• Encourage stakeholder awareness/engagement regarding customer-centric decision making

The Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Support Associate within the Strategic Analytics and Insights (SAI) team plays a vital role as the key liaison between Commercial, Finance, and Sales teams. This role involves providing expert guidance on finance processes, ensuring strict adherence to the Monthly Closing Calendar deadlines, and supporting the smooth execution of sales operations. You will work closely with sales development teams across APAC, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize tools and processes that accelerate the sales cycle, enhance efficiency, and drive business growth. 

• Collaborate with SA&I sales representatives to support day-to-day Inside Sales activities and ensure seamless operations. 

• Assist sales representatives in updating decks with NIQ branding, ensuring all content is polished and client-ready. 

• Manage and maintain CRM records for sales representatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency. 

• Analyze market data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to inform sales strategies. 

• Lead digital sales campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive lead generation and opportunity development. 

• Handle invoicing and contract renewals, ensuring timely and accurate billing processes. 

• Ensure proper revenue recognition by updating project dates and coordinating follow-ups with Operations and sales representatives on pending tasks.

You're proactive, take the initiative, and thrive as a self-starter. The ideal candidate brings experience in Inside Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations within a multinational organization, demonstrating a knack for driving efficiency and supporting sales teams in a dynamic environment. 

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the role sits within an energetic and enthusiastic marketing team and will suit someone who is a fast learner and multi-tasker, with a keen eye for detail.

You will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns for a number of our B2B events across a broad range of industries. This includes end-to-end campaign management, new marketing initiatives and campaign reporting. 

This role is responsible for ensuring that the events meet respective attendee numbers and generate leads for sponsorship and exhibition sales, achieved through coordinating the marketing initiatives that build awareness of our events and help drive conversions.

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate the execution of marketing plans for multiple B2B events from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
• Utilise multiple marketing and advertising channels to promote the events, as well as taking the lead on the creative direction, whilst adhering to defined budgets
• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
• Deliver on event revenue and GP targets, as well as various non-financial KPIs
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimise accordingly
• Reach out to publications, associations, and other relevant outlets to leverage their subscriber/member base to increase awareness
• Ensure core messaging is consistently conveyed across all platforms

You'll be accountable for: 

• Support the day-to-day campaign implementation on key accounts.
• Providing training and support to an Account Coordinator who manages specs and material implementation.
• Providing campaign tracking and end of campaign reports and competitive reports, and assisting more senior team members with gathering data for more complex reporting.
• Proactively source audience data to inform broader planning collaboration with the wider team (using eTAM, eRAM, AdQuest, VOZ, Roy Morgan and others).
• Buying Radio and Direct IO digital campaigns, and exposure to TV and Outdoor buying, including managing radio holdings, loading activity and post matching.
• Contributing to client WIPS - liaising with clients and creative agencies to provide accurate information and timelines, manage expectations and overcome day-to-day challenges, or escalate more complex challenges.
• Assist the team working with other departments to ensure a campaign goes live on time through the use of best practice and adherence to client scope of work.
• Manages smooth financial management including loading or assisting the Account Coordinator with loading Outdoor, Digital Adserving, Programmatic and Digital Direct IO activity. Ensuring proformas are correct and assisting with monthly invoice reconciliation.

 What you will bring:

• Minimum 1-2 years of media buying/implementation experience across offline and/or digital channels.
• Demonstrable knowledge of offline and/or digital management tools including: 
  • Spectra, Spectra Post Matching, eTAM, eRAM - Assisting with monthly invoice reconciliation.
• Desirable knowledge (or keen willingness to learn):
  • Campaign Manager (or similar), MOVE, Thorndyle (or similar Outdoor verification), Marquee (or similar TV/Radio Key Number allocation), VOZ and Spectra Holdings.
• Knowledgeable using Office tools
  • Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and Calendar (booking meeting rooms and setting up meetings).
• Strong written and verbal communication experience.
• Attention to detail that is second to none.
• Able to provide solutions and think outside of the box.
• A collaborative team member who thrives in working with others.
• A true professional with strong time management and the aptitude to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong organisation experience with a love for being one step ahead.
