• Manage and develop one direct report. 

• Oversee the rebate and Sales incentive process performed by direct report including:

• timely & accurate calculation and accrual of monthly rebates and payments are executed in accordance with approved Rebate agreements and properly authorized in accordance with corporate policy.

• Timely & accurate calculation of sales incentive and relevant accruals for the CRM/EPHF divisions in accordance with annual sales incentive plans.

• Sales territory alignment within SAP for Abbott Medical divisions.

• Defining and implementing best practice planning and control techniques in line with business needs.

Bailey Abbott now have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Business Analysis capability. Our Business Analyst specialists work within an active community of practice, enabling you to benefit from their years of collective experience and wisdom.

As a consulting Senior Business Analyst with Bailey Abbott, you will undertake the analysis, implementation, and support of business systems within our customers to achieve identified business goals. In this role, you will leverage your extensive business analysis experience to lead and drive complex consulting projects, collaborating closely with clients to deliver strategic solutions that enhance their operations and achieve their business objectives.

• Lead and manage end-to-end business analysis activities for consulting projects, working with clients to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to understand their vision, challenges, and strategic goals, and translate them into actionable analysis strategies
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing processes, systems, and data to identify improvement opportunities and align them with client business objectives
• Elicit, document, and analyze intricate requirements through workshops, interviews, and thorough research, ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Mentor and guide junior business analysts within both the customer team and the Bailey Abbott team, providing expertise, support, and fostering their professional growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and quality assurance, to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
• Provide strategic guidance to clients based on your analysis, industry insights, and business acumen
• Drive solution design sessions, working closely with technical teams to ensure the feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst
• Proven track record in consulting roles or a strong aspiration to embody the essence of a genuine Consultant
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in gathering requirements and conducting business process analysis
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
