Our Finance Business Partner reports into the Commercial Finance Manager and enjoys a great relationship with multiple stakeholders across the business including Operational GMs and Commercial Managers.
About the Role
The Finance BP is responsible for delivering accurate monthly profit & loss accounts for a portfolio of sites across a number of segments as well as commercial contract support. The role also supports budgeting and forecasting while being key in developing and implementing process improvements.
The successful applicant will challenge the business to seek growth opportunities and process improvements, hit savings targets and pursue business improvement initiatives ranging from working capital to site processes.
Key duties will include:
- completing standard month end accounting tasks and reporting
- tasks that are balance sheet related
- forecasts and contract variations & escalations
- handle ad hoc site operational finance queries
- supporting remote sites with finance related tasks and use of systems
Who are we looking for?
- CA/CPA qualified
- Post qualification experience – minimum 3 - 5 years
- Experience working within a large Accounting Team
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders such as Commercial teams, Site and Operations Teams, Transactional Finance Team and teams across different geographical locations
- Remote Site Experience would be desirable but not essential.
- Experience with Food and FM Services (Multi-Service) would be desirable but not essential
