About the role

As a Customer Success Consultant, you will be working with a number of our priority clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention in the Compass product. Aid in developing our research strategy and pipeline to meet business goals, centring on our key thematic priorities:

Your Role

We are conducting an Expression of Interest for Air Traffic Control Instructors to work within the OneSKY operational training team, providing specialist operational training analysis, curriculum design, training product development and training delivery for the OneSKY program.

Core duties include:

• Conducting assessments on future required training (i.e. Training Needs Analysis)
• Developing the course curriculum and training materials (including practical simulation exercises) to satisfy the outcome of these assessments
• Delivering ATC systems training (including pseudo-pilot functions)
• Managing exercise environments
• Conducting training evaluations and reviews
• Providing ATC systems training advice to the OneSKY program
• Working to budget, quality and schedule requirements

Your Experience:

On day one in this role, we'll expect you to bring the following skills, experience and behaviours:

• Designing and developing practical air traffic control simulation exercises for use in a formal training environment
• Designing, developing and delivering training courses
• Providing workplace training and assessment (or similar) and ideally hold a Cert IV in Training and Assessment (or higher)
• Operating ATC simulator platforms with significant knowledge in the data, hardware and software performance requirements and hold a Diploma of Aviation - Air Traffic Control with operational ATC rating/endorsement experience within Tower/Approach and/or Approach/Enroute Control
• Australian Citizenship to be eligible for security clearance.

The Technical Manager, reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, is responsible for the overall management and coordination of CAE resources (maintenance and support personnel), budget and operational maintenance requirements of the training devices under their control. Maintenance Technical Manager

We are opening a new training centre in Sydney in 2024, as a part of this we are looking for an experienced manager to take on the position of Maintenance Technical Manager. You will provide operational delivery to the training team and work closely with the operational Training Coordinator to identify and recommend opportunities to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the training department.

As the Training Officer (Underground Operations) reporting to the Training Superintendent, your duties include:

• Facilitate site inductions and other training activities that are conducted across the site including light vehicle, self-escape, and operational equipment

OES offers a hybrid, flexible approach to work, where we work 2-3 days from our state-of-the-art Cremorne office, and the rest from home (or wherever you choose!). You will work closely in a team that includes the student, family, teacher aide and other professionals such as our school psychologist, speech therapists and occupational therapists to develop and deliver quality learning programs.
