The Purpose:

Reporting to the Head of Talent & Capability, the role of Learning & Capability Partner supports our AP+ People agenda through enabling our talent to be their best, through the delivery of game changing leadership, capability and talent initiatives.

Day to day you can expect to be involved in:

  • Designing and delivering scalable capability solutions to support a variety of experiences
  • Designing and facilitating a variety of both virtual and face-to-face development experiences that are anchored to our AP+ Values & Behaviours and Leadership Aspirations
  • Working with People Business Partners to support team specific initiatives
  • Supporting the Head of Talent & Capability create future relevant capability practices
  • Developing and implementing digital learning experiences to support business needs
  • Identify & implement opportunities to build a community of learners
  • Shaping our AP+ Learning Hub to support employee development

The skills & knowledge you need to have:

  • Up to seven years of proven experience in talent development, leadership development and/or capability/learning and development.
  • Depth of experience leading & implementing programs within capability development, leadership, talent, and/or organisational development
  • Deep knowledge in instructional design, with demonstrated experience designing innovative learning & development experiences
  • Subject matter expertise & thought leadership in the capability and leadership development space
  • Proven facilitation skills, delivering programs in both a face-to-face and virtual environment
  • Innovative problem-solving and advanced employee engagement understanding. 
  • Exposure to vertical development and leadership development trends would be beneficial
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills that see you quickly build strong and trusted relationships across all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence
