About you

What you will be doing?

• Coordinate and manage the day to day operations of the hotel whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience – every guest, every interaction, every day.
• Be proactive and resourceful when attending to guest requests.
• Take initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are positive and productive.
• Have the necessary skills and training to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers.
• Provide guidance, support training and leadership to all employees.
• Monitor training and offer guidance to employees whilst on shift.
• Assist in all areas of the hotel during peak times to eliminate potential issues.
• Responsibility for the health and safety of all patrons, guests and staff members.
• Available to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including weekends and Public Holidays.
• Australian driver licence and RSA certificate required. 

Responsible for the supervision of the smooth and efficient daily operation of the Hotel and ensures that all hotel guests and visitors receive an optimum level of service and care at all times.

This is a hands-on role, highly customer focused, and requires an individual who can lead by example in meeting and maintaining our team brand standards. In addition, you will:

• Assuming responsibility for the operation of the hotel under the guidance of the General Manager, including overnight caretaker duties
• Oversee all guest arrivals and departures, ensuring room allocations and check in/out processes adhere to agreed procedures and standards.
• Manage and supervise tasks of staff to ensure that highest quality service is delivered and department standards are met.
• Review and implement Procedures
• Communicate with General Manager on all matters regarding guest services & hotel operations.
• Provide management presence at all times by assisting with the handling of guests’ needs and complaints tactfully and efficiently.
• Have the necessary skills and training to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers.

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required. Our stores are open 7 days a week and we need managers with availability between the hours of 5AM - 12AM.

You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required. Our managment team work on a rotating roster across 7 days a week and between the hours of 5AM - 1AM.
