This Engineering Manager role would best suit a technical engineer who has moved into Engineering Management but still likes to lead and manage from a technical perspective. The Engineering Manager will manage a team of direct reports, responsible for designing, optimising, refining, successfully manufacturing, testing, delivering, and reporting on, all programs of work within that business unit. The Engineering Manager is to own and develop the team, systems and engineering tools required to deliver exceptional technical solutions.
