Sodexo are currently seeking an experienced Digital Content Producer for a 6 Month Fixed Term position based at our Balcatta Office in Perth.

The Digital Content Producer will Support the E&R Digital and Business Transformation through producing content for a consumer facing mobile app encompassing end to end retail and loyalty programs.

 Job scope:

• Developing digital strategies, programs and tools in line with organization’s branding and sales objectives.
• Assists in the implementation of tracking on digital web properties via vendor pixels, cookies and on-site event detection.
• Identifies opportunities for audience development and growth through analysis of digital customer behavior.
• Supports the development of digital marketing multi-channel campaigns aimed at increasing loyalty.
• Monitors paid acquisition budget and performance across multiple platforms and develops recommendations on daily adjustments.
• Analyzes creative performance and determines trends based on creative category.

Responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for driving consumer engagement aligning both off and online consumer experience.
• Manage content and communications planning to improve consumer engagement.
• Support the Mobilisation Manager to conduct promotion roadshows of the App.
• Support the establishment of the digital campaigns processes and practices for E&R.
• Analysis of Application Insights to advise on strategic digital content planning.
• Assist in the development of a customer loyalty program and implementation of subsequent campaigns.
• Development of consumer app content liaising closely with Business SMEs.
• Ensure consistent “tone of the voice” and branding.
• Manage internal contributors to adhere to content deadlines in line with content plans.
• Coordinate content for B2C marketing campaigns including curation of images and branding elements using Adobe Suite.
• Management of content across digital channels to increase overall engagement and conversion rates.
• Support design of UI/UX elements for mobile applications using UI prototyping tools.
• Production of imagery and video content using Adobe design tools.
• Drive a collaborative innovation process in co-design with our staff and consumers to define the digital touch points to be addressed in order to improve the Quality of Life experience.
• Support the development and implementation of prototypes and pilots to support new service development through a design thinking methodology and approach.

Responsibilities                                                                                                                                                                           You will coordinate and deliver information security risk management program including:

• Support and provide Information Security leadership for all security improvements raised in the GSO due diligence report, to drive short/medium term risk reduction.
• Represent Global Security Office (GSO) / Information Security at ANZ Risk Management Committee (RMC), Security Forums and Risk Forums as required.
• Support assurance of transformational plans and ensure ongoing adherence to Experian policies and standards.
• Serve as the regional Global Security Office point of escalation for all remediation/mitigation efforts with respect to Information Security.

In this highly autonomous role, the Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for TOMRA’s Digital Ecosystem across the 5 states we operate in, including the development, execution and measurement of all day-to-day digital marketing activities, with the exception of Social Media.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, some of you key responsibilities will include;

• Managing the digital marketing calendar and digital marketing budget.
• Managing an monitoring TOMRA’s SEO program.
