Role: APAC Account Director Location: Sydney, Australia The Account Director is accountable for achieving revenue growth and customer NPS goals across a portfolio of enterprise customers, as well as for the acquisition of new logos in the APAC region This role offers an exciting opportunity to have a material impact on our next phase of growth in the APAC region with our TQ Online, NavOne, 5Series and Viewpoint products. Commercial leadership, i.e. Identify short-, medium-, and long-term opportunities toachieve set growth targets, and maximize CLTV(Customer Life Time Value). Devise the most suitable value proposition to capture the identified growth potential. Lead internal and external stakeholders to the definition of a joint account development plan to capture as much as possible of the identified opportunity and mitigate risks. Stakeholders management, i.e. Ensure an accurate and up-to-date understanding of the buying process, decision-making unit, and buyer personas. Build and foster the network
