As the Digital Activation Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery across your account ensuring a high standard of digital brief responses, WIPs, business/quarterly reviews, reporting, and campaign performance.

You will ensure the performance of your client campaigns and ensure the investment delivers against their business objectives while also building exceptionally strong relationships with them.

You will also be responsible for supporting, coaching, developing and overall management of an Digital Activation Executive and Coordinator

WHAT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES DOES THIS ROLE HAVE?

• You will be responsible for campaign management, optimisation and analysis and work closely with our internal team, as well as the client to build out future-focussed testing and optimisation roadmaps.

• Paid search & social campaign management and comfortable working in-platform across SA360, Google and Microsoft Ads, Meta, Tiktok, Pinterest.
• You will have strong client servicing experience and provide client leadership on search strategy, partnerships and tech opportunities
• Develop and grow relationships with clients and client teams through paid search excellence Meet or surpass client performance targets
• Oversee the execution and optimisation of paid search programs and campaigns
• Support the Search Director in managing client WIP and reporting meetings to discuss upcoming initiatives and provide analysis & insights that go beyond just the numbers, alongside key actions

The Senior Art Director reports to the Head of Art at Wicked Workshop. The position will see your supervise a large, thriving and talented art team, establish direction, consistency and quality. Your Role & Team

We’re on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for demand generation. You’ll have deep expertise in Pardot and WordPress, and a proven ability to drive engagement through segmentation, personalisation and data analytics.

As a member of the Growth Marketing team, you will support the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager and work closely with our Marketing Analyst to ensure a seamless customer journey across every touchpoint.

This role reports directly to our Head of Growth and is a 6-month maternity leave cover role based out of our Sydney CBD office.

Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Create and deploy targeted emails and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
• Write engaging copy for website pages and email campaigns, ensuring that the messaging aligns with our brand tone of voice.
• Update and manage the website, including blog posts and landing pages.
• Conduct A/B tests on website elements and email campaigns to identify the most effective strategies and continuously improve performance.
• Monitor and analyse performance metrics, to optimise campaigns.
• Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure cohesive strategies and effective execution of digital marketing initiatives.
• Complete ad hoc marketing tasks as required by the business.

Our ideal candidate

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in digital marketing and marketing automation, with 2-3 years of experience using Pardot and WordPress (HTML/CSS knowledge preferred). Expertise in tailoring messages to resonate with different target audiences and addressing their specific needs is crucial.

You should excel at managing competing tasks and have an ability to execute campaigns efficiently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
