The Assistant Director is an experienced Senior Educator who provides strong leadership support to the Centre Director in the day-to-day operations and successful running of the Centre. The Assistant Director works to support the team in the development and delivery of high-quality education and care, and actively mentors and develops the broader team. Please note this role is both on the floor, assisting rooms, and off the floor helping with operations.
