Service Desk Analyst Full Time, ongoing position Hybrid / Cabrini Mount Waverley Salary base $58,800 + after hours loading & superannuation This position will be required to work on a 24 x 7 Service rotating roster focused on after hours support. Cabrini offers:

How you will make an impact As a Service Desk Analyst in Cabrini Health's Information Technology team, you will provide support to our internal and external customers on software and hardware issues. Our staff are located across our sites including Malvern, Brighton, Elsternwick and Northcote. The role will see you attend to email requests through a ticketing system and take approximately 20-30 calls per shift. Systems / Software to be supported:
Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 10 and Windows 11)
Microsoft Office 365
Windows Server (Active Directory, MS Exchange & SCCM)
Remote Desktop, Citrix, Dameware, VPN
In-house specific apps, Electronic Medicine Management (EMM), Single Sign On, Workforce Planning, Dimensions, Workday, Patient Administration Systems (PAS), IPharmacy, Charm
About you To be considered for this role you will need the following skills, attributes and experience:
Experience in a similar level 1 IT support role
Previous experience in Customer Service position is essential
Experience with the Systems / Software you are required to support and troubleshoot
Must have excellent communications skills and an eagerness to learn
Proactive, flexible attitude to work with a willingness to be part of a rostered team
Proven experience in commercial call logging tools such as Service Manager, ServiceNow, CA Service Desk or Remedy etc.
Practical experience in managing and delivering to Service Management disciplines
Delivering a rapid and efficient resolution service to customers with escalated technical issues
Ensuring communication and adherence of IT policies and procedures
Providing prompt escalation of issues, requests to relevant service management positions and/or working closely with support teams for issue resolution
