Customer Experience Team Leader
We all know and love the Adore Beauty Train - and CS has long been called the engine room of the business. Now, were looking for a new conductor! If you know what makes the CS team toot their horn and how to lead them down the right (railway) track, then jump on board and become the new Customer Experience Team Leader.
The Role
To provide outstanding customer experience to our customers and lead the customer experience advisors on a day-to-day basis, ensuring all quality standards are being met and channels are managed, through regular audits. This will be a Monday - Friday role working between 8am - 6pm (as the roster permits)
Day to day responsibilities
Approaching all work with a customer focused solutions lens
Contribute to rostering to ensure appropriate resources for channel needs
