Your new role
Contact customers to assist with resolving overdue payments through phone, email, and SMS.
Work with customers to establish payment plans that align with their financial situations.
Keep detailed records of all collection activities and client interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
Provide excellent customer service while fostering positive relationships with clients
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 6-12 months recent experience in a Call Centre or phone-based customer service role (within the past two years). Experience in financial services, collections, or retention is a plus, but not required.
Strong active listening skills and a genuine passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
A natural communicator with an ability to empathise, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet, especially when assisting vulnerable customers.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient typing and ability to multitask using various systems.
Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid working visa (with 2 or more years remaining without work restrictions).
Availability to work 37.5 hours per week, full-time.
