The Area Supervisor reports directly to the NSW Network Manager and is responsible for overseeing the activities of cleaning contractors to ensure that TOMRA assets in the field are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and functionality at all times.

This will be achieved by identifying key operational deficiencies in the performance of contractors, site conditions, and relationships with site stakeholders and then working closely with the management team to implement improvement strategies designed to promote the customer experience.

You will be responsible for maintaining a strong customer focused relationship with our partners and support with resolving any operational, safety issues that arise in relation to the TOMRA Return Points on a site-by-site bases.  As this role is responsible for overseeing the contractors and managing landlord relationships throughout a geographic region this will require extensive travel throughout the region.

A requirement of the role is to oversee the training of contractors and staff and to ensure benchmarks for cleanliness, safety, and productivity are consistently achieved for TOMRA assets in the field.

This role is full time (5 days per week) and the successful applicant will be required to work 1 weekend day a week.

Additional tasks may include:

• Ensure kiosks are always well presented, and maintenance schedules are adhered to.
• Analyse and improve operational processes and best practices.
• Provide ongoing assistance, guidance, and coaching support to contractors, and stakeholders.
• Optimize networks to ensure contractors are operating effectively and efficiently, and that they fully understand their duties and expectations.
• Regularly audit contractor performance and provide constructive feedback designed to address performance concerns and promote productivity.
• Complete regular site evaluation reports to be shared with contractors and employees for the purpose of developing strategies for improvements.
• Provide cleaning and maintenance support for TOMRA assets to ensure that their standard of cleanliness and operation is always maintained.
• Engage with current site Partners to ensure that the relationship between TOMRA and the site owner is maintained, working towards positive outcomes for both parties.
• Support the management team with the evaluation of new contractors
• Receive and resolve disputes from contractors, employees, and site stakeholders and provide reports to HR and Management as required.
• Undertake site operations responsibilities, including cleaning duties (as required) as set out in the TOMRA Cleaning Guide

We require a dynamic and professional Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our Food and Beverage team at Oaks Melbourne St Kilda Road. 

This position will predominantly be required to work evening shifts, and the successful candidate will also need to be available to work weekends as required. 

As the Food and Beverage Supervisor you will: 

• Ensure smooth and efficient daily floor operations of the restaurant and bar
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's food and beverage features to promote to clients.
• Liaise with the kitchen during service periods to ensure quality service and presentation.

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Pumphouse Point on a full-time basis for a minimum of 6 months. You’ll be working to enhance the food & beverage experience for our guests. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the Highland buffet breakfast, in-room larder picnic style lunch and 3 course dinners hosted in the Dining Room. Our Service Centre provides remote product support to field teams and depot staff. The Service Centre also interacts with customers and external parties to troubleshoot customer enquiries or complaints.

You will be responsible for supporting the Service Centre Manager in continuing to create an inclusive and collaborative environment within the Service Centre, including supporting Service Centre Operators and Officers by optimising and maintaining processes and ensuring clear information sharing.

This role will involve delivery of functional training to Service Centre employees to ensure that the service organisation is well educated and has a comprehensive understanding of the processes and support of the Service Centre.

This is a full time role across 5 days per week. Applicant must be available for weekend shifts (Typically only 1 weekend day per week).

Based in our St Leonards office (5 minute walk from Train Station)

Some other duties the role performs: 

• Monitor and evaluate Service Centre Operator performance, providing learning and coaching opportunities, taking corrective action as necessary.
• Develop and execute training plans for new and existing team members based on availability, team requirements and workload.
• Create performance reports for both the team and individual team members, to support the overall performance of the Service Centre
• Assist and train other Service Centre members on contractor management processes.
• Support Service Centre Manager with continuous improvement, optmisation and implementation of new team processes
• Review and maintain Service Centre process guides and templates.
• Lead a safety culture by example.
