Site Supervisor required for a full-time position with a high end residential builder. Focused primarily on projects up to $5mil, this company has an excellent record and reputation in this market and has a huge pipeline of work due to quality of previously completed projects. The current projects are mainly new builds & renovations requiring high-detail finishing & structural work. This company works across the Eastern suburbs & Northern beaches of Sydney but the current project we are recruiting for is in Bronte and is a $4mil new build which should last around 18 months.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
Setting out site and overlooking the quality of carpenters and other trades on site
Liaising with clients, architects and management
Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address issues.
Coordinate delivery and storage
