SGS is seeking a Workers Compensation and Injury Management Advisor to join the team in Perth.

Duties include, however not limited to:

• Effective Lead Management for the life cycle of all claims, including national workers compensation and non-work related injuries/illnesses.
• Guide, coach and support Leaders on injury management and worker’s compensation processes, including proactive injury prevention strategies and the implementation of supportive, efficient and effective return to work practices.
• Lead the coordination of fitness for work requirements including the coordination of Random Drug and Alcohol testing.
• Liaise with medical providers and support Operations to arrange medical bookings as required.

Working with in the School of Pharmacy and Medical Science, the Academic Support Officer is responsible for providing administrative support, within a designated year level, to ensure effective academic planning and administration of matters relating to course management.

About the Accounts Officer Role:

As the Aviation Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for capturing, preparing and reconciling flight information for the purpose of financial accruals and reporting. The role also incorporates the processing of invoices and credit claims for both internal and external suppliers and customers. About the role

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivable data.
• Prepare and process all resident billing, ensuring that accounts are accurate and timely
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Verify discrepancies and resolve client billing issues, including client liaison.
• Facilitate payment of invoices by sending bill reminders and contacting clients (debt collection) Estate management and arrangement of refunds.
• Ensure all resident movements are accurately recorded to enable the correct calculation of resident fees and charges
