Operations Advisory
Our Operations Advisory team work with our clients to help them become more efficient and effective, through delivering tailored operational improvement solutions, covering effective design, planning and sustainable execution. This is achieved through our Operational Excellence, Procurement Advisory, Supply Chain Advisory and Operating model service offerings.
Transformational Program Management
Our Transformational Program Management team helps clients transform in a meaningful and sustainable way by providing transformation and program management leadership and insights. We work closely with our colleagues across Management Consulting and the broader firm to deliver transformation for our clients. We manage the transformation program and projects using our proven techniques, processes, and enabling technologies.
People and Change
Our People and Change team proudly combine global, industry leading Propositions with deep Sector and Client knowledge. In particular, we provide contemporary and professional people and organisational system expertise and approaches to support our clients to meet their aspirations for their people, increasingly as part of large scale transformation projects.
Policy, Program and Evaluations

Sourcing and Procurement Advisory
Our Sourcing and Procurement Advisory team supports our clients to design, build and optimise service delivery models for corporate services that enable the achievement of their strategic objectives such as customer satisfaction, productivity, cost reduction and or quality improvement. These models can include shared / Global services or the sourcing of services from third parties.
Finance, Strategy and Performance
Our Finance, Strategy and Performance team is focused on improving finance functions by assisting our clients develop their finance vision and strategy, build target operating models and drive performance through KPIs and reporting. Our engagements can span from specific functional reviews to whole of enterprise transformations.
Customer

To address the needs of the evolving HR landscape, our HR Advisory team offers key services to ensure our client’s businesses are agile and adaptable. These offerings include HR Health Checks, HR & the Employee Experience Strategy and End to End HR transformation.

Operational Advisory
• Experience or exposure to the practical application of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, TPS, Systems Thinking, TQM or MOS
• Expertise in translating business and customer needs into best practice process and operation design requirements, with experience in implementing the designs within core and enabling processes.
Transformational Program Management
• Experience/knowledge in technology enabled transformation programs (e.g. EAM or ERP programs), energy transition or customer digital transformations is highly beneficial
• Knowledge in delivering programs using either Prince2/MSP and Scrum/SAFe methodologies (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in helping organisations to design and establish portfolio/program/project management functions and underlying capabilities.
People and Change
• Experience in providing support and guidance on change management, organisational design, workforce planning, culture, corporate affairs, stakeholder engagement, leadership capability development, HR optimisation and/or workplace relations
• Experience in leading projects or streams in transformational environments, which include managing various stakeholders, ensuring a clear alignment of reform activities and deliverable outcomes.
Sourcing & Procurement Advisory
• Experience in the Sourcing of technology services, ideally gained within a consulting environment or outsourcing environment
• An understanding of the sourcing lifecycle combined with a good understanding of the Australian sourcing market, Tier 1 and Tier 2 service providers and trends reflecting legacy & disruptive technology changes
• Experience in developing service delivery strategies, developing and running end-to-end sourcing selection processes (RFP’s), negotiation of service agreements, providing transition support, as well as vendor management and due diligence.
Finance, Strategy and Performance
• Experience in Financial transformation, shared services and outsourcing with a deep understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation, management and budgeting
• Expertise in finance technology implementation, data and analytics, and process improvement.
KPMG Customer
• An understanding of the concepts of customer journeys and personas and how they play into creating innovative, market leading experiences
• Experience in the use of design thinking as well as structured thinking to develop creative ideas for implementation
• Excellence mindset with the ability to drive process, operational or organisational improvements
• An understanding of CRM tools, customer analytics and/or other data management to drive insights for customer management strategies and improvement initiatives.
HR Advisory
• Deep understanding of HR legislation and strategy to apply technical expertise and operational best practice to client problems
• Actively participating in knowledge sharing opportunities, as well as internal and client facing culture building activities
• Developing thought leadership for internal/external publication.
