Additionally, the role is also responsible for the reconciliation of supplier accounts and liaising with suppliers to ensure correct account balances are maintained.Your typical duties will include:Review invoices and follow up with various purchasing departmentsMatch supplier invoices to purchase orders and enterReconciliation of supplier account balancesMaintain supplier accounts in system as neededEnter General Ledger supplier invoicesComplete payment runs as requiredProcess and pay monthly payroll deductionsProcess expense reimbursements and other employee claimsFollow up…
