Reporting to the Customer Service and Dispatch Manager, this role is a broad role working with other departments and includes duties such as:
Handling customer enquiries, communicating with customers and carriers on their orders and supporting the CS team
Order entry into the SAP and CRM systems
Coordinating and liaising with dispatch, warehouse and sales staff regarding orders
Dispatch administration duties including checking stock, conducting stock transfers, handling dispatch schedules.
What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in this position, you will have:
Previous administration / customer service / dispatch experience
Systems experience with SAP or other similar CRM systems is highly advantageous.
The ability to work both independently and within a team environment
A driven, hard-working attitude with the capacity to hit the ground running
