The Senior Business Consultant (Finance) is a senior consulting role in a team of Finance Consultants to deliver outstanding customer experiences whilst achieving PS revenue targets.

About the Role

Visa B2B Connect is an innovative multilateral payment network, offering banks an alternative cross-border payment solution that can address the unpredictability associated with the current cross-border payment flows.

The Money Movement team is responsible for leading Visa’s efforts to support all channels and forms of Money Movement enabling banks, remitters, merchants, enablers and FinTech’s to collect and send payments to consumers and businesses around the world.

For the AUNZSP market specifically, the individual will work with front line teams, taking support from hub teams, to generate awareness, actively pitch to Banks, FinTech’s, Acquirers and Merchants and build a pipeline, deal structuring through to deal closure. The role will support dependency management and help to remove impediments that are preventing the team from accomplishing its goals.

• Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability
• Work with the SME’s to understand the Customer Management experience and journeys end-to-end
• Strong experience in Salesforce implementations and acting as the SME for Salesforce
• Knowledge of compliance, regulations and customer onboarding processes
• Experience working with Salesforce development teams, either internal teams or 3rd party implementation partners

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to develop presentations based on data analysis.
• Qualifications in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related disciplines.

• Be an active member of the WA Branch - helping to drive innovation, continue the development of a high-performance culture and contribute to the achievement of Branch goals.

To be qualified for this position, ideally your background and skills will comprise of the following:

·        Previous sales experience (ideally in the Corporate and Enterprise vertical).

·        Proven ability to create customer value through the sale of solutions and managed services.

·        Proven ability to develop account strategy, write and execute business plans.

·        Proven business development experience.

·        Proficiency with CRM applications.

·        Exposure to sales training methodologies.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication.

·        Strong proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)

·        Exceptional presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

·        Ability to monitor performance against deadlines and milestones.
