Reporting directly to the National Director | People & Performance, this role will play a crucial part in shaping and executing the overall HR strategy & objectives across the QLD business, whilst providing advice and expert guidance to specific business lines nationally. This role is supported by a group of high performing HR professionals including an established team of recruiters.

The role will be responsible for the delivery of HR operational services & advisory including:

• Managing challenging employee issues demonstrating best practice.
• Developing relationships and influencing at a senior level and using this relationship to understand business needs and demands to tailor HR approach.
• Proactively work with Leaders in QLD to provide guidance and execute on employee engagement, retention & culture.
• Providing trusted advice and executing on employee relations matters.
• Delivering advice on management, coaching and advisory; and
• Dealing with State based workplace health & safety matters.

Health and Safety Strategy

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement health and safety strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
• Lead Safety Strategy and actions for total business
• Provide expert advice on health and safety matters to ensure a proactive approach to risk management.
• Identify emerging trends and recommend initiatives to enhance the safety culture.
• Ensure data and reporting is delivered to best practice standards and to key stakeholder on a regular basis (i.e. weekly and monthly).

Risk Management and Compliance

• Conduct regular risk assessments and site audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety and health legislation and standards.
• Develop and implement action plans to address identified risks and prevent incidents.
• Manage incident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis is conducted and corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
• Manage and ensure safety system data and reporting is compliant, maintained and up to date.

Training and Engagement

• Design and deliver health and safety training programs to enhance employee awareness and competence.
• Collaborate with teams to embed safety practices into daily operations.
• Foster a culture of shared responsibility for safety through engagement and communication initiatives.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor and partner to managers, providing guidance on health and safety compliance and best practices.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, and other departments to integrate safety considerations into workforce planning and operational activities.
• Liaise with external regulatory bodies and industry groups as required.

Continuous Improvement

• Monitor and analyse health and safety performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Lead and participate in safety-related projects and initiatives to drive best practices.
• Stay updated on legislative changes and industry trends, ensuring the organisation remains compliant and innovative in its approach to safety.

In this hybrid role, you will drive growth by acquiring new business while nurturing existing pharmacy partnerships. Your primary focus will be to increase order volume in your territory and ensure exceptional service. (Please note - You will be required to travel 3-4 days on the road for face-to-face appointments - Areas covering Melbourne's Inner and Outer East suburbs).

Primary responsibilities include:

Driving Order Volume Growth: 

• Increase order volume within the designated territory by establishing strong relationships with existing pharmacy partners and achieving monthly targets. 
• Acquire new pharmacy partners to the Leafio platform, converting leads into valuable partnerships. 

Relationship Building:

Strategic Initiatives: 

• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and develop new value-added initiatives that enhance the partnership experience.

Partnership Expansion:

Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract new institutional clients through cold calling, networking, and existing contacts
• Close deals with institutional clients, ensuring quick onboarding and revenue generation
• Build a pipeline of qualified leads and engage with potential clients in the FX, metals, energy, indices, and crypto sectors
• Recruit and develop partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), creating incentive and support programs
