This role is responsible for winning new business across identified areas within the state to grow the overall distribution of our White Milk and Chilled Beverage categories.

As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for winning new business and growing sales through the distribution and product visibility of the Bega Dairy & Drinks portfolio. You will be engaging with non-trading or lapsed customers across multiple channels including Cafes, restaurants, petrol and convenience and Local Trade throughout the Central and surrounding areas of Perth. Also opportunities to be a part of WA activities including the Annual Masters Regatta.

Responsibilities

• Working with Sales leaders to identify the best offer to convert non stockists.

• Creating an action plan to identify target customers in your region

• Working with Territory Managers to generate and follow up on warm leads

• Managing customer on-boarding from account set up to transition

• Lead the state on the new business strategy, providing insights to the state field sales team on wins.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis

• Strong network and relationships within the energy industry, particularly with utility companies and developers
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
• Strategic mindset and ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our solutions team.

The Project Manager is the interface between the client and technical delivery teams. You will be responsible for the project delivery from start to finish for our clients.

• You will be responsible for and have ultimate ownership of the delivery of a number of assigned projects as well as the quality of the output, whilst ensuring that agreed project times lines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with various technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services within time, budget and quality constraints.
• You will help review current processes and improve the efficiency of project timelines and governance.
