Job Description:

General maintenance of lawns and gardens around the Resort
Soil cultivation, watering, mulching, raking, weeding, edging, pruning,Bed preparation and planting
Ensuring gardens, thoroughfares and footpaths are clear and free from weeds and litter
Planting flowers, shrubs, trees and lawns
Perform daily maintenance and general upkeep of gardens whilst ensuring minimal disruption to guests.
Repairs to irrigation and upgrading where necessary
Other duties as directed by the resorts Maintenance Manager
The successful applicant will display:

Previous work experience in a similar role with Horticultural qualifications desirable
Ability to Design/Construct a landscaping maintenance regeneration program
Knowledge of and ability to operate equipment involved in the maintenance of gardens/lawns
A reasonable level of fitness – you will be on your feet most of the day and will need to bend and kneel a lot
Good knowledge of a wide range of plants
Effective communication skills, you will be warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to
Flexible availability – you maybe required to work weekends and Public Holidays
Knowledge of Irrigation systems
Ability to oversee a small team and effectively delegate gardening duties

Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics / Technicians required for a variety of our maintenance and repair projects, for our various mine site projects and workshops throughout Australia. 12 Hour Day & Night Shifts available.
Qualification Skills and Experience Required:
• Relevant Australian mobile plant trade qualifications or equivalent - Diesel Motor Mechanic ANZSCO 321212 - AUR31216 - Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology.
• Minimum of at least three years’ full-time experience as a qualified heavy duty diesel mechanic / technician.
• Experience working on large surface mining equipment.
• Must have fault finding experience on large surface mining equipment, removal and installation of components and engines, and component rebuild experience.

The Civil Engineer (CE) will be required to work with the Project Manager and the project team to deliver projects in accordance with the Companies policies and procedures and will need to communicate effectively and work as a team with Paynter Dixon site supervision staff. Clear delegation is important.
The CE is to work closely with the project delivery team to finalise design co-ordination, develop planning and procurement strategies, budgets, subcontract tender lettings, cost control administration, HSEQ development and management and overall general project management. Whilst ensuring Client satisfaction is maximised and Paynter Dixon’s risks are minimised with a high-level of safety and reducing costs with all entitled revenues on project.
Civil Engineers, are responsible for assisting in the:
• Carrying out a Project Risk Assessment for Construction Works;
• Developing, implementing and maintaining a Construction Management Plan consistent with the IMS;
• Identifying the resources necessary to fulfil IMS requirements on their projects;
• General management and leadership of the implementation of safety including but not limited to disciplinary procedures;
• Demonstrating commitment to Work Health & Safety through their own actions;
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, standards and Codes of Practice;
• Collect and collate all Paynter Dixon IMS data as required.

Other key tasks include:
• Contracts/tendering documentation
• Cost control, reporting and forecasting
• Construction programming
• Safety and quality
• Determining construction methods, materials and quality standards, and drafting and interpreting specifications, drawings, plans, construction methods and procedures.
• Organising and directing site labour and the delivery of construction materials, plant and equipment, and establishing detailed programs for the coordination of site activities.
• Studying architectural and engineering drawings and specifications to estimate total costs, and preparing detailed cost plans and estimates as tools to assist in budgetary control.
• Monitoring changes to designs, assessing effects on cost, and measuring, valuing and negotiating variations to designs.
• Analysing structural systems for both static and dynamic loads.

Qualifications and experience:
• Relevant qualification in civil engineering
• Knowledge of WHS & Environmental legislation, Codes of Practice and Standards as they apply to the construction industry

Responsibilities for Implementation Consultant will include:
• Take the lead on projects and facilitate the allocation of appropriate team resources to new and existing clients during an implementation project

• Analysis and evaluation of current customer operational and software processes to identify limitations in current systems
• Writing and maintaining program code to meet client requirements and specifications

The ideal candidate will have:
• Related Degree and at least 2 years similar experience or at least 5 years experience in a similar role
• Experience in a project management role
• Demonstrated experience in multiple complex software implementations with strong analytical programming experience
• Be agile
• Experience working with multi-located team resources and stakeholders
• Strong problem analysis and problem solving skills with a strong capability to assess root cause and remedial actions
• Planning and implementation of a portfolio of projects, including budget, schedule, business outcomes, and deliverables
• Willing to travel domestically within Australia
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Team Products
• Experience in Aged Care and/or disability sector
