Smart WFM seeks the skills of an Implementation Consultant, who will report directly to the Implementation Manager, to deliver professional services for Aged & Disability Residential projects to new and existing clients by project management of the end-to-end delivery of our solutions and providing software application consultancy to new and existing clients during an implementation project.
Responsibilities for Implementation Consultant will include:
• Take the lead on projects and facilitate the allocation of appropriate team resources to new and existing clients during an implementation project
• Consult with clients regarding project requirements to ensure software applications are configured to suit the client’s needs
• Analysis and evaluation of current customer operational and software processes to identify limitations in current systems
• Writing and maintaining program code to meet client requirements and specifications
• Testing, debugging and correcting errors and faults within programming language
• Preparing project implementation reports, service level reports, project progress reports and other required documentation for internal and client-based project reviews
• Liaise with additional departments including the Residential Business Development Team to assist with responses to requests/information
• Consultancy services to be performed onsite with client and onsite at the office
• Delivering projects efficiently with a client central approach, in line with set KPIs
The ideal candidate will have:
• Related Degree and at least 2 years similar experience or at least 5 years experience in a similar role
• Experience in a project management role
• Demonstrated experience in multiple complex software implementations with strong analytical programming experience
• Be agile
• Experience working with multi-located team resources and stakeholders
• Strong problem analysis and problem solving skills with a strong capability to assess root cause and remedial actions
• Planning and implementation of a portfolio of projects, including budget, schedule, business outcomes, and deliverables
• Willing to travel domestically within Australia
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Team Products
• Experience in Aged Care and/or disability sector
