The Position: The Project Manager will report directly to the APAC Head Project Manager and will be based in Melbourne, Australia. 

The Project Manager will be responsible of :

• Managing customer projects in close collaboration with the regional sales teams (APAC) in order to present VusionGroup solutions and define and gather customer requirements,

• Building, leading and uniting teams around pre-sales projects to prepare for deployment of a major account or independent customer projects,
• Monitoring projects using tools shared with other project managers,
• Ensuring deadlines are met and costs controlled,
• Acting as the single point of contact for customers (internal and external) for all operational issues (technical, integration and installation).

Federal Government client is seeking to identify suitable candidates to perform the role of Project Manager to support the agency to document business requirements, capture business needs, and design, create, evaluate, and document ICT solutions in new and existing ICT systems.

Project Managers support the agency by ensuring the high quality and consistent delivery of projects. Working under the broad direction of senior staff, they are responsible for managing the design, planning, development, implementation and evaluation of project outputs. They liaise and work with key stakeholders to foster partnerships, provide strategic advice and optimise the effectiveness of projects in I their area of responsibility. In performing a leadership role, they support innovation, changes in workplace practices and organises work in the context of competing priorities and strategic direction.

Key duties may include, but are not limited to:

Project Manager – EL1

• manage, deliver and monitor projects that may have an organisation-wide impact.

Senior Project Manager – EL2

• plan, manage and monitor financial budgets and oversee the management of contracts, procurement, resources and expenditure.
• identify, assess, manage, escalate, report and monitor project risks, issues and benefits, including developing treatment strategies.

• Lead and manage large scale commercial occupier projects as the key client interface
• Participate in local and national commercial sector groups.
• Developing and leveraging industry relationships and preparing strategies from a business generation and project delivery perspective
• Lead the pre-delivery phase of projects (strategy, site search and AFL/Lease negotiations)
• Lead the delivery phase of projects through to successful completion.
• Managing all aspects of project administration, budgets, timelines, risks and reporting and quality.

This role requires the candidate to

• Drive insights for clients through developing market and client specific intelligence on business payments trends and behaviours, leveraging Visa’s extensive data assets

• Support sales activities through the presentation of these market insights to clients and partners, advocating new solutions to existing clients and pitching to new prospective clients

• Drive client decision making and support client management activities through the presentation of client specific portfolio insights, advocating appropriate portfolio optimisation initiatives

• Leverage these market insights and any client specific feedback from financial institutions and businesses to inform the strategic roadmap for Visa CMS AuNZSP

• Enhance the performance of CMS AuNZSP through developing and maintaining robust internal reporting, coordinating with the Visa Finance team

• Keep up to date with trends, developments and regulations that relate to the payment industry. Maintain an awareness of competitor positioning and the small business market landscape

• Discover new business opportunities for Visa through developing your market knowledge of the B2B payments, fintech and neobank space and

• Support investment decisions through the development of robust business cases for initiatives such as new product developments, new partnerships or marketing campaigns.

This role requires a candidate who is excited by the opportunity to help AuNZSP businesses digitise payments. You will need passion for AuNZSP business and a willingness to use your initiative and curiosity to drive insights that can transform this space.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Rest’s Data, Technology and Delivery (DTD) business unit is accountable for planning and preparing the organisation for the future through strategic technology innovation, as well as charting our business strategy and executing for today and tomorrow.

Situated in the Business Analysis Practice, the Senior Business Analyst has two main priorities:

1. Supporting the Product Owner/Business Owner/Sponsors to ensure that business needs and solutions options are understood
2. Ensuring the product/platform/project team have a shared understanding of the requirements, through written and verbal communication.

The Senior Business Analyst’s responsibilities include:

• Gathering and documenting requirements: Gather, review, analyse, validate, evaluate, and map business systems, processes and user needs and translate them into requirements/user stories with acceptance criteria
• Managing stakeholders: Engage, inform and negotiate with stakeholders to elicit and validate requirements and prioritise them
• Analysing and modelling: Analyse documents, programs, logic, process flows and specifications.  Model the requirements using a range of techniques such as process mapping, story mapping, user stories and acceptance criteria, business rules
• Managing the requirements lifecycle: Ensure that requirements/user stories are prioritised based on their value, complexity, and feasibility, ensuring that the most critical items are delivered first
• Team communication and collaboration: Work closely with Engineers, Testers, Change Managers Third Party members within the product/platform/project team to ensure everyone understands business requirements to be able to develop a fit-for-purpose solution
• Risk and issue management:  Identify risks and issues and develop effective mitigation/management strategies according to Rest’s risk framework, and communicate risk assessments and plans to the necessary stakeholders.

We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our Portfolio Sales and Marketing team in looking after our 12 Strata Hotels across Australia and New Zealand. This role is Sydney, NSW based and you will have the flexibility to work at 3 of our Sydney Strata hotels, Sydney Corporate Office as well as remotely. 

The primary focus of the Business Development Manager - HMA Strata role is on 
expanding corporate and meeting and events segments driving revenue growth within 
the HMA Strata Portfolio. This is achieved through the management of key accounts 
while actively seeking new business opportunities to increase revenue for corporate 
and meeting and events segments. Collaboration with the HMA Strata Sales team is 
essential to efficiently follow up on leads and ensure all potential business avenues 
are explored.

The Business Development Manager in conjunction with the Director of Sales – HMA Strata
are responsible for managing key and local accounts and new business development 
for all unmanaged accounts across corporate, inbound and meeting and events 
segments within the Strata Portfolio. This role works in tandem with the Sales Executive 
HMA Strata to ensure all leads and potential business is followed up efficiently.
