Project Support officer 
Our client is an award-winning building consultant specialising in the facility and building asset management industry. The company is involved with the on-site assessment of assets including schools, hospitals, utilities, transport, aged care, and community facilities as well as the collection of data and innovative reporting of information.
As a result of organic growth within the team and award of multiple projects, our client is seeking a Project Support Officer to join their team.
The role
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:


Communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders
Schedule meetings, appointments and booking travel for team members in line with company policy.
Coordinate multiple ongoing projects at the same time.
Handle high volume data and generating reports, primarily using PowerBI, MS Excel and Word (use of pivot tables & VLOOKUP required)
Develop and maintain client relationships and key
