As an ICT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective technology solutions that align with our company's objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of technology, business processes, and project management, along with experience in project management, testing, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements and develop corresponding technology solutions
• Ensure technology systems support business objectives
• Manage projects from start to finish, including testing and implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project success
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
• Evaluate business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Manage projects using project management methodologies and techniques, including planning, cost estimation, and resource allocation
• Ensure the quality and integrity of systems through the creation and implementation of test plans
• Develop user and training materials, conduct training sessions, and serve as a subject matter expert
• Define functional specifications for system developers to follow
• Model data and processes to create clear system specifications
• Act as a primary point of contact and provide guidance in system project decision making

Skills & Experience:
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Satisfactory completion of a National Criminal History Check
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
