Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced ICT Business Analyst to join our team. As an ICT Business Analyst at AXR Group Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for analysing business requirements and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the implementation of technological solutions. The ideal candidate will be adept at translating complex technical details into practical business strategies, ensuring the successful integration of ICT solutions into business operations.
This is a fulltime position offering a hybrid work arrangement, allowing flexibility to work both remotely and from our Beenleigh office.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and technical requirements.
Elicit, document, and validate business requirements, processes, and workflows.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for ICT systems.
Solution Design & Implementation:
Work closely with developers, project managers, and technical teams to design and implement effective ICT solutions.
Identify and evaluate technology solutions to meet business objectives.
Support testing and deployment of new solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as a liaison between business units and the technical team to ensure successful communication and implementation of ICT projects.
Conduct workshops and presentations to inform and guide stakeholders through the analysis and decision-making processes.
Business Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to optimize business processes through the effective use of ICT systems.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve business efficiency and productivity.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare comprehensive reports, documentation, and analysis for senior management and stakeholders.
Maintain thorough records of all project deliverables and system modifications.
Key Skills & Experience:
Mandatory:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as an ICT Business Analyst or a similar role (minimum 3 years).
Strong understanding of ICT systems, business processes, and project management methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
Desirable:
Experience working in a hybrid or remote working environment.
Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
Experience in managing or working on ERP or CRM systems is advantageous.
