We are currently seeking an Injury Management Advisor to join the team and play a pivotal role in supporting our workforce. Key responsibilities
Oversee the management of workplace injury cases from initial reporting through to return-to-work, ensuring all processes comply with relevant legislation and company policies
Oversee the management of workers compensation portfolios in the Queensland and New South Wales jurisdictions
Coordinate and facilitate medical case conferences with injured workers and medical practitioners
Act as the primary point of contact for injured workers, providing end to end support and guidance throughout their recovery and return-to-work process
