The Workforce Planning Manager is responsible for (but not limited to):

• Analysing, implementing, and monitoring workforce planning initiatives to optimise and scale the evolving workforce and long-range plans.

Your New Role

As the Finance Business Partner - Sales, you'll serve as the crucial link between finance, sales, and marketing, ensuring alignment of financial strategies with the dynamic objectives of our Sales and Marketing Teams. Primarily based at our head office in South Melbourne, you will also be spending time at our Warehouse in Dandenong South.

Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding short and long-term financial planning, overseeing budgets, providing insightful analysis, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Your Day to Day

• Gather and synthesise data for Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis.

• Monitor month-to-month execution of plans, balancing revenue and expense management.
