- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to guide and establish the technical vision
- Liaise between the business units, technology teams and support teams
- Participate in the defect identification and rectification process, including providing advice and assistance to the Test team
- Develop and maintain documentation as required
- Work from home four days a week and in our Melbourne office with your team one day a week.
About you
- You’re a Business Analyst with approximately three (3) years’ experience in the industry
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams across all levels of business, technology, and external clients and vendors

- You’re able to work independently with users to define concepts as well as and under direction of the project manager
- You are able to create and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external
- You take ownership and accountability for outcomes
- You are extremely detailed oriented and able to define requirements to a highly detailed level.
You’ll receive excellent remuneration aligned with your skills and experience and enjoy being part of a close-knit, friendly team of professionals.
