About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled ICT Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in analyzing our current ICT systems and business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and working with stakeholders to design and implement cutting-edge solutions. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our business needs and technical teams, ensuring that our ICT solutions align with business objectives, streamline operations, and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and ICT systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend technology-driven solutions.
2. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements for ICT systems and software.
3. Solution Design: Work with IT and development teams to design and implement solutions that enhance business performance and meet the needs of various departments.
4. Data Analysis: Analyze system and operational data to provide insights and help guide decision-making across the business.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions with business users to gather feedback and communicate system updates.
6. Project Support: Assist in project management tasks, including tracking project progress, supporting testing phases, and ensuring timely delivery of ICT solutions.
7. Change Management: Support the implementation of new systems and technologies, providing training and support to end users, and ensuring a smooth transition to new processes.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum two years of experience as an ICT Business Analyst, preferably in a retail, distribution, or warehousing environment.
3. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in process mapping, data analysis, and requirement gathering.
4. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and business intelligence tools. Experience working with development teams is a plus.
5. Work Rights: Must have full working rights in Australia.
6. Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
