Job description
We are currently seeking an experienced Traffic Control Team Leader to lead our dedicated Traffic Control team on-site. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient setup and takedown of signage while directing traffic in areas of disruption, including roadworks and building sites.
What does your day-to-day look like? You'll be:
- Direct traffic around roadworks, building sites, planned maintenance and accidents.
- Set up and take down temporary road signs.
- Guide pedestrians to maintain safety around changed road conditions.
- Communicate effectively with other Traffic Controllers and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with traffic authority workers, construction managers, and emergency services.
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid NSW Traffic Controller (TCR) Ticket and Implement Traffic Control Plans (IMP) Ticket.
