ROLE PURPOSE

The Digital Activation Executive is to ensure that clients’ investment delivers against their business objectives whilst also building strong relationships with them. They are also responsible for supporting, coaching and training the Coordinators and Executives in the team ensuring their outputs meet expectations.

The role will work closely with their Managers and Directors to ensure best in class Paid Search and Paid Social solutions are delivered to clients.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Implementation

• Full ownership of day-to-day workflow on the client. Engaging Manager/Directors when required, ensuring no basic errors and strong performance. This includes:
  • Reviewing and answering to client briefs. Ensuring smooth implementation and delivery of Google and Facebook campaigns.
  • Full accountability for the accuracy of implementation within your team, and ensuring campaigns deliver against client KPIs.
  • Full accountability for the accuracy of reporting, with the development of clear insights, ensuring the client has a clear knowledge of the impact of their investment on their business.

Client

• Works autonomously to meet client objectives & deliverables.
• Full accountability for ensuring we are in the best possible position to hit designated client’s business KPIs.
• Focused on building strong professional relationship with the client.
• Ownership of the client's roadmaps.
   

Team & Communication

• Excellent communication skills with close monitoring & escalation of issues in a timely manner.
• Managing Executives & Coordinators on a day to day basis - educates & motivates to help develop skills and responsibilities.
• Working closely with Managers and Directors to ensure quality control processes are adhered to.
• Sharing of knowledge, innovations and insights with the wider team.

Administration

• Full accountability for monthly invoicing ensuring no errors and timely completion.
• Reconciles budgets and amends any changes that may be required.
• Forecasts spend and revenue, flagging any potential over servicing/under servicing with Director.
   

YOUR SKILLS & WORK EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 2 years experience in a digital media role working on paid search and/or paid social channels.
• Excellent understanding and working knowledge of Search Engine and Social Media marketing, backed by relevant experience.
• Preferably a degree or higher education qualifications.
• Expert working knowledge of Australian media landscape.
• Expert across the following Office platforms: Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent experience to analyse and manipulate data, extracting insights for reporting.

We’re looking for an Account Executive, SMB to join Procore’s Sales team. In this role, you’ll apply an understanding of Procore’s products, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques, and customer base while selling to small and medium business accounts in Australia and New Zealand.

As an Account Executive, SMB, you’ll focus on companies that can benefit from Procore’s world-class project management tool for the construction industry. The primary function of this position is new account acquisition, where you’ll grow revenue with an emphasis on new product sales to our customer base. This includes cold-calling, prospecting, qualifying, conducting product demonstrations, solution selling, negotiation, execution of service agreements, and closing.

What you'll do:

• Timely follow-up and qualification of new prospects from either inbound leads or customer requests generated by marketing
• Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within Salesforce.com

What you’ll need  

• A degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications/Journalism. 
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a SaaS company (experience in other industries is also welcome!) or experience in an agency focusing on SEO copywriting and general SEO strategies for clients. 
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with essential aspects of content, technical, and on-page SEO strategies.  
• A solid grasp of digital marketing principles and how SEO contributes to enhancing organic traffic and overall website performance. 
• Comprehension of the distinctions between SEM and SEO, along with the unique contributions each makes to a comprehensive marketing strategy. 
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ideally, some experience crafting short-form content (like blogs) based on detailed briefs.

ServiceNow is seeking seasoned Solution Sales Executives who know how to succeed in early stage and hyper growth markets.  We need customer facing domain experts who drive innovative business solutions with our customers. 

Candidates for this SSE role should have extensive experience with SAP/and or Oracle ERP as well as the associated technologies in this area (BTP, ECC, S/4 HANNA, Ariba, Coupa).  This position will focus on our low-code app dev App Engine for ERP modernization products (SAP, Oracle, etc.) with the support and partnership of Sales, Channel Partners, Product Management, and the executive management team. This role will need to go deep and wide on all stages of a C-level sales cycle.
