The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Client Director, the Performance Executive is instrumental in delivering best in-class media campaigns across paid platforms, working across well-known and respected clients.
Responsibilities:
Client:
• Support client comms & servicing
• Own day to day campaign optimisation – creative, keywords, audiences etc
• Ensure all reporting is delivered on time, accurately. Support manager with insights
• Support manager with effective budget optimisation
• Successfully implement and report on all testing & roadmap items
• Complete all relevant certifications as set by Client/Product Directors
• Support with campaign planning efforts
People:
• Work closely with & support immediate team to ensure all output is delivered to brief
• Collaborate with partner agencies, including leading implementation comms
• Responsible for briefing Manila and making them feel part of the team
• Training Manila on client specifics
• Supporting with knowledge share & case studies across Reprise team
• Lead implementation discussions with external partners eg. Google AMs
Profit:
• Supports Manager with ensuring all work is effectively QA’ed and accurate
• Owns accuracy of budget implementation
• Owns pacing & optimisation checks
• QA / backup of BMD loadings
Who you are:
• 12+ months exp within digital, ideally with client facing experience.
• Previous experience developing and executing paid social campaigns
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders
• Analytically minded with strong reporting skills.
• A thirst for knowledge; understanding the digital landscape and keeping up to date with trends and technology.
• Team player combined with the ability to have fun!
