Your Impact

• Build business value for our Service Provider and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) customers enabling them to secure their networks and IT assets and build services and offers based on our security offerings for enterprise customers
• Demonstrate initiative and drive to build new engagements or re engaging existing engagements in new areas for growth
• Drive and orchestrate complex sales cycles and work with our internal and partners and teams to best serve the customer
• Build an industry ecosystem of partner organisations to serve large complex use cases with our service provider customers
• Develop and orchestrate C level engagements with leadership in our SP and MSSP customers and establish strategic long-standing relationships
• Create and implement strategic account plans focused on attaining organisational-wide deployments 
• Orchestrate service creation activities with focus service providers to find new markets for managed services and go to market offers based on Palo Alto Networks’ capabilites
• Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position Palo Alto Networks 
• Engage a programmatic approach to demand to generate, develop, and expand your territory
• Stay updated on industry news and trends, and how they affect Palo Alto Networks products and services
• Travel as necessary within your territory, and to company-wide meetings

About the Job

You will play a pivotal leadership role in managing and overseeing all aspects of the farm operations. This includes leading a farm team, ensuring efficient operational logistics, devising and implementing strategic initiatives and budgets, and optimising the use of our substantial water resources. Your leadership will be crucial in driving farm performance while upholding our commitment to safety, providing meaningful long-term opportunities for our people and a positive impact on the local community and environment.  Reporting directly to the CEO, this is an exceptional opportunity to drive the operational performance of the farm while actively implementing farm management strategies and embedding regional relationships with service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong safety leadership, promote and execute a positive safety culture across the farm.
• Foster effective teamwork and collaboration between employees, across farms and with management.
• Leading and developing a team of Area Managers and broader farm team to reach their individual and team potential.
• Complete farm resource plans and work closely with HR in the selection and recruitment farm employees.
• Mentor farm employees and provide the support required for them to grow and develop.
• Manage farm employee performance through identifying high performers, develop succession plans, identifying performance gaps and organise relevant training and development. 
• Operational and strategic management of the farming operations to meet investment performance objectives.
• Senior-level planning and strategy execution, including pre and post-season review and planning days.
• Working closely with corporate and agronomy team to develop and implement approved farm operating and capital budgets.
• Ensure cropping activities are well organised, resourced and production budgets are achieved with consideration to seasonal conditions.
• Manage the substantial water entitlement portfolio in line with licence rules, including the maintenance of accurate records. 
• Ensure accurate Oversee accurate and timing monthly administration tasks.
• Ensure accurate and timely farm management records and data within various management systems, including but not limited to Timesheets (Deputy), Farm Records (AgWorld), Accounts Payable (SAPConcur), Grain Management System (AgriChain), Contractor Management System (Protech) and Safety Management System (Lucidity).
• Review individual paddock / block performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives that maximise return.
• Implement and oversee processes, controls and policies as they relate to the Operations.
• Coordinate and execute farm capital improvement projects and R&M plans in line with approved budgets.   
• Managing relationships with a broad group of service providers, vendors, industry stakeholders, and business partners.
• Overseeing multiple operational and development projects.
• Monitoring and reporting on all facets of the operational and financial performance of the farming enterprise.
• Promote a culture that reflects the organisation’s values, encourages high performance and drives an inclusive and engaged culture.

About the Job

We need support in the form of a Farm Office Manager on a Full-time Basis. The Farm Office Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting both the Farm General Manager and Corporate team by overseeing essential administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the farm.  For the right candidate, we are willing to consider hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the Farm Office and 2 days from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain accurate and timely farm management records and data within various management systems, including but not limited to Timesheets (Deputy), Farm Records (AgWorld), Accounts Payable (SAPConcur), Grain Management System (AgriChain), Contractor Management System (Protech) and Safety Management System (Lucidity).
• Reviewing and coding accounts for payment.
• Reconciling corporate credit card purchases – NAB Flexipurchase.
• Maintain accurate asset records of farm infrastructure, plant and equipment, spare parts and inventory, including stocktakes.
• Registration & Licence payments and record keeping.
• Support the Farm Manager and team with budgets, presentations, and technology.
• Provide training and support to farm employees in farm management systems and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Facilitate onboarding of new employees and inductions.
• Facilitate onboarding of new contractors, including required pre-start paperwork and inductions in the Safety Management System.
• Maintain farm contractor register and coordinate associated paperwork.
• Provide Safety system user support to new starters and assist in recording and monitoring all identified risks, action items, and delivery dates.
• Review and monitor employee training requirements regarding Licences and Safety Training as well as personal development requirements.
• Manage office operations by handling inquiries, farm phone and email, and prioritising tasks.
• Any other administration tasks to help meet month-end reporting requirements.
• Filing, archiving, mail, and general office support.
• Local event management/travel assistance for company conferences, staff training, and onboarding.
