Site Manager job, Unit Development $25M+, Sunshine Coast, $150K-$180K Base + Super Your new company A great opportunity has come to fruition to join a well-regarded developer builder on the Sunshine Coast, known for building a quality product. They have a solid pipeline of work on the Sunshine Coast, at different stages of the project life cycle, this is the perfect time to join them. Your new role You will be joining them on a Multi-Story Unit Development, complemented by a full site team that are well regarded, with the support of a full-time safety & labourer on site, along with a very competent foreman, site based CA, all working closely with the Project Manager. You will take overall responsibility for quality, safety and coordinating all trades in delivering this fully documented D&C project. Scheduling and fortnightly programming along with maintaining site diaries and quality records using Procore will all play a part in this role. What you'll need to succeed To be considered, you must have experience as a Site Manager on medium rise unit developments, ideally with projects that are $10M+ with 6 levels or more. A current QBCC Builder's Supervisors Licence is essential, while knowledge of local trades and officials would be advantageous. If you're a Structures Foreman ready for the next step up and/or have worked on other commercial projects, please apply. This is a site with constricted lifting areas, and experience as a Structures Foreman with Post Tensioning & tower cranes will be highly regarded.
