As a Partner Sales Manager you will be responsible to recruit, develop and manage named partner business in a defined geographic region focused on generating incremental, distributed software license revenue. Within the defined sales region, efforts are focused solely on Dynatrace’s Software Intelligence platform for the Enterprise Cloud.

Responsibilities also include generating interest in the Dynatrace platform by leveraging the partner ecosystem. For both regional and national partners, the objective is to develop strategic relationships through the creation of joint business initiatives and offerings that leverage Dynatrace as a fundamental component of the partner’s business. Partner Managers jointly develop sales strategies with their partners and implement those initiatives by working with local sales teams. Partner Managers are required to travel selectively to meet with partners and sales teams to gain commitment to launch an initiative and ensure successful execution of the established programs.

Your role in the team

• Manage a set of Name partners accounts - Understand Named Partners’ business and align Dynatrace solutions to develop compelling ‘go to market’ propositions

• Develop Partners to become self-sufficient in the marketing of the jointly developed solutions

The Regional Manager is accountable for the management and oversight of service providers within the Country Network that consists of contracted and subcontracted entities, the network functions 24 hours a day, seven days per week. 
 

The position demands a high level of strategic, commercial and people leadership skills, negotiation and influencing capability, attention to detail and a desire to drive continuous improvement, all whilst safely and efficiently mobilising a large and diverse field based workforce. 
 

Within this context, the Regional Manager will drive the future vision for the network to ensure the NRMA can continue to maintain service continuity, coverage and sustainability, whilst delivering a high customer experience.

The Internal Audit Manager reports to the Head of Non-Financial Risk and is a key component of the Group’s risk management strategy. • Use data reporting tools to monitor portfolio performance and support the client to self-service through the Visa Analytics Platform.
• Manage the execution of Visa Loyalty Platform Services (VLPS) facilitated Issuer campaigns for the client, this involves being the conduit between the client and the VLPS team to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Manage payment volume forecasting and alignment of the regular portfolio-level forecast with the client. Understand and resolve any misalignment.
• Ensure team compliance with internal client relationship management processes, procedures, and tools.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

• Project manager to oversee construction works on-site to include managing stakeholders, schedule, risk, safety, quality, communications etc.
• Support lead project manager in other project deliverables.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and other key stakeholders of the project
• Lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
• Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion
• Managing the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations
• Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.
• Managing project safety and environmental requirements
• Managing project timelines, risks and reporting
• Managing project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track
• Chairing project/site meetings with clients, consultants and contractors 
• Being engaged with marketing and business development initiatives
