An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to drive the planning, implementation and digitisation of a world-class CRM platform and program in Australia.

This role is based in Doncaster, Victoria.

Your responsibilities include (and not limited to):

• Develop and execute engagement and retention initiatives across both DTC and HCP Marketing to maximise customer lifetime value
• Contribute to the development of Customer Journey Mapping
• analysing touch points with the organisation and maximising loyalty and retention opportunities
• manage the end-to-end process from brief to execution and performance analysis
• Define/refine segmentation and testing strategies across multiple digital and offline engagement channels to optimise marketing spend and maximise consumer revenue
• establishing clear customer segmentation for the FreeStyle Libre & the Digital Health Platforms portfolio defining purchase patterns, sensor usage behaviours to maximise the customer lifecycle value
• Create automated triggers based on customer purchase behaviors, as well as content for a user-friendly marketing learning agenda
• Run A/B tests to improve the channel performance
• Define marketing metrics that allows for measurement and optimisation at each stage along the path-to-purchase
• Report on results and use insights to continuously optimise CRM program and digital marketing campaigns
• Work with stakeholders, service providers and agencies to gather functional and technical requirements and optimise day-to-day operations; ensure data meets functional requirements, system compliance and interface specifications

Who we’re looking for:

• 5 – 8 years of relevant CRM experience gained from a reputable consumer or reputable CRM or integrated agency; experience in direct to consumer, e-commerce and retail industries advantageous
• Analytical competency and knowledge of CRM planning and journey building, Customer Lifecycle Management, segmentation and building personalised preference centres
• Experience navigating large/complex/matrix organisations with the ability to lead, manage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders across multiple functions and geographic regions
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to conduct and produce post implementation analysis and reports with actionable improvements
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to conceptualise and communicate detailed CRM technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working with Legal, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs with solid understanding of The Privacy Acts and Spam Acts for Australia and New Zealand

The purpose of the Facilities Manager role is to manage a portfolio of assets, ensuring a consistent standard and best practice approach in the delivery of Facilities Management services.

About the role:

• Manage site operations, including scheduled and ad-hoc works, to ensure continuity of property services with minimum disruption to client business operations.

How will you help Xe become more successful?

Reporting to the Australian Sales Director, the Business Development Manager identifies new business opportunities for Xe, working closely with our highly experienced FX Dealers to provide FX services for Australian businesses.

What you’ll do:

• Passionate about new business You will be responsible for new business development activities from initial research and prospecting of new potential corporate clients, through to qualifying applications and conducting fact finds, understanding a prospect’s business and aiming to solve business problems, and attending meetings to present Xe’s products and services as solutions.

• Digital optimisation – looking at the overall user experience of the Australia Speech Pathologist/Speech and Language area of the Twinkl site and working with our web and design teams to continuously improve this.
• Business management and strategy – putting plans in place to help achieve our ambitious growth targets. Working with other Segment and Country Managers to understand what’s working and how we can improve.

Role and Responsibilities

The Technical Manager, reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, is responsible for the overall management and coordination of CAE resources (maintenance and support personnel), budget and operational maintenance requirements of the training devices under their control. The Technical Manager is responsible to ensure the successful delivery of all maintenance services and user training outcomes within time, cost and quality constraints.

The Technical Manager achieves desired profit contribution targets by monitoring and reporting on maintenance performance and costs in accordance with approved operating budgets, controlling the resources under their jurisdiction and taking corrective action where necessary.

The Technical Manager is the point‐of‐contact for the end user and customer on site for day to day operational needs.

The Technical Manager is responsible to the KPI achievement, Customer Satisfaction, Team engagement and development, Regulatory Compliance, Environment, Health and Safety and Overall support for the Training Center operations.

Maintenance Technical Manager

We are opening a new training centre in Sydney in 2024, as a part of this we are looking for an experienced manager to take on the position of Maintenance Technical Manager. This is a broad role with responsibility for the overall operations of the training centre – focusing on budgets, KPIs, Customer Satisfaction, Team engagement, H&S, and overall support for the operations.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Technical Degree or similar with an Electrical Engineering focus
• Ideally has knowledge of CAE simulation technology and 5-10 years hands on experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Friendly and customer focused
• Ability to work and converse efficiently across all levels
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good problem solving and team working skills.
• Proven ability to handle difficult situations.
• Excellent communication skills, with another language being an added bonus
