Supporting the Victorian based Tenant Advisory team, you will actively collaborate with our teams nationally on a variety of initiatives to accelerate and celebrate the success of our teams and clients alike. 

This is a 6 month parental leave cover commencing in December 2024. 

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Tenant Advisory and several senior operatives within the team
• Diary & email management - ensure appropriate times are provided for meetings and work in progress, monitor email messages, maintain National Director’s to-do list and prioritise/action accordingly
• Assist in the production of marketing materials – submissions, marketing briefs, client case studies, bi-monthly updates, quarterly newsletters, social media tiles etc.
• Maintain accurate records of business plans, budgets and financial reports in confidential manner
• Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings where necessary and recovery of expenses from clients where appropriate
• Working with Agent’s to co-ordinate the collations of reports, submissions and other documentation.
• Coordinating and participating in team meetings.
• Update company database, including listing information, and uploading to website as required or requested by operators to ensure that client and property information is accurate.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you work closely with your Store Manager to achieve the Sales and Profit goals in your Store by creating a plan to deliver a Great Customer Experience in line with the Area. You ensure you have a Great Team and support its development. You work with succession planning, talent and leadership development and structured performance management, based on results, values and leadership. You work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.  

Key responsibilities: 

• Regularly analyse and follow up your Store’s Sales & Profit KPIs and take actions accordingly to maximise results. 

• Together with your Store team, you drive Hello Member program in line with country goals.

• Ensure your Store’s execution continuously meets H&M standards and follow up using the Customer Audit Tool. 

• Alongside the Store Manager, you manage the recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for your Store. 

• You evaluate and manage the performance of your Store Team, including having performance development reviews, putting development plans in place, giving feedback, and following up and taking actions to improve performance and develop your team. 

• Secure Store Operations Best Practices in your Store, according to the Area plan 

The role:

In this newly created role, you will spearhead and lead our acquisition focus in the Australian and New Zealand market for our industry leading Transport Management System (TMS). It is focussed on primarily new business development, but also leverage existing large-scale accounts to grow ongoing revenue opportunities. 

Established over 18 years ago, TransVirtual is a fully integrated platform connecting agents, carriers, and logistic businesses all over the globe. Its strength is in its simplicity and scalability, as well its ability to integrate multiple carriers for a full 360-degree view of your logistics business.   

This role is of strategic importance to open pathways to introduce our technology with transport and logistics companies across Australia and New Zealand. You will have a background in sourcing new business opportunities be it over the phone and face to face; and have extensive experience with negotiating high level deals that may be complex in structure. As a business development leader, it is expected you will be relentless on the phone, building a pipeline of opportunity to see clients in person to secure their business. 

Having knowledge of the logistics industry will be a huge benefit, but most importantly your ability to understand quicky the relationships and connections to unlock deals will be paramount. Because of the nature of these partnership opportunities, networking, connecting with key decision makers and having a presence online and in person at key events will play an important role in your success.
