The Improvement & Innovation Manager will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, process improvement, and innovation initiatives within the Endeavour Supply Chain Team. The role is responsible for identifying areas for enhancement, implementing strategic solutions, and fostering a culture of innovation to optimise efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.

This role sits on the Supply Chain Leadership Team and co-ordinates the major improvement initiatives across our inbound, to-store and last mile fulfilment networks. The role is required to engage and collaborate with the Technology and EDX Teams as well as maintain close working relationships with our Technology Suppliers, 3PL providers, and Store Ops Teams. About Your New Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic superstar with nursing and HR experience, who is looking to step into a Practice Manager position however doesn’t want to fully move away from the clinical aspects.

• Full-time position
• Managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, including stock management, people management, rostering and change management 
• Undertaking general nursing tasks
• Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture
• Monitoring monthly financial performance and team performance, whilst implementing actions to encourage improvement
• Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
• Delivering outstanding service and care to all patients and owners

About You

• Industry experience (preferred but not essential)
• Over 3 years of experience in a management position
• Previous experience leading a team
• HR experience with performance monitoring and management
• Strong leadership and team building skills, and the ability to provide coaching for team members and to build a positive culture in your team
• Experience with Rx works (preferred but not essential)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good business acumen and organisational skills
• Assertive attitude
• Must be able to work flexible hours
