As a Personal Assistant, you will provide exceptional administrative and operational support to the Director and wider Store Operations team to ensure the efficient flow of correspondence and information between various stakeholders. What does the role look like?  

• Maintain oversight of the Director's portfolio to provide input and be involved in daily decision making
• Provide support to the Director in a professional and efficient manner

• Assist in delivering effective and efficient meeting management, including preparation, execution and meeting follow up activities

• Create group masters and update group information as it is received eg. rooming list, arrival, meals, follow up on information if not received.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure group requirements and special requests are actioned.
