Pullman Sydney Airport is currently seeking a Full Time Front Office Assistant Manager to join our luxury property boasting 229 rooms, an Executive Lounge, Mobius Bar & Grill and 4 versatile conference rooms. Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, our Assistant Manager is primarily responsible for ensuring a high level of guest service at all times across the hotel.
- Acting as a role model for the Front Office team.
- Drive loyalty sign ups in line with AccorHotels regional targets, Hotel specific targets and associated initiatives.
- Leading by example when attending to guest requests, being proactive and resourceful.
- Taking initiative to ensure that interactions with our guests are positive and productive.
- Providing guidance, supporting training and leading the team
- Actively resolving guest complaints and challenges
- Assisting with check-in and check-out of guests, ensuring all procedures are adhered to.
- Assisting other areas of the hotel during peak times when needed
- Being responsible for the health and safety of all patrons, guests and staff members.
- Maintain a high level of personal presentation as an ambassador for the hotel
- Always upholding Accor and Heartist values & Pullman brand standards
