We have an opportunity for a suitably qualified Accounts Payable Officer to join our close-knit Corporate Finance team.

Based in our Parramatta office, this role is responsible for the processing and administration management of payment runs for our Corporate Finance team.

You will successfully achieve this by:   

• Ensure scheduled supplier invoices payments and employee expense claims are processed and approved accurately in line with the Corporate Finance operational calendar.
• Ensure refunds and adhoc transactions are processed in a timely manner and accurate manner.
• Monitoring of conjunction fees and ensuring external agencies are paid when due.
• Maintaining and performing daily bank reconciliations for accounts payable transactions.
• Understanding of GST and FBT implications of accounting transactions and review correctness of expense coding for account allocation, GST input tax credit and FBT charge.
• Ensure control outlines within Sarbanes Oxley Legislation are understood and executed.
• Partner with corporate finance team on audit / ad-hoc queries
• Involve in process and system improvement strategies or projects as directed by Finance team initiatives.

We’re looking for an Install Base, Account Executive, Commercial to join Procore’s Sales team. In this role, you’ll apply an understanding of Procore’s products, sales methodology, processes, and prospecting techniques to maximize renewals. You’ll collaborate across Customer Success, Sales, and Product to maintain and expand our customer base.

This position reports to our Manager, Install Base, and has the opportunity to be based in our Sydney office. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.

What you’ll do: 

• Manage a book of business of existing clients to renew and expand accounts usage effectively
• Develop renewal plans with Customer Success to maximize expansion and help introduce new usage, tools, and products to current clients
• Conduct product demonstrations 
• Research accounts, identify key champions, generate interest and obtain business requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts; provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects as requested
• Pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to communicate our value proposition to customers effectively
• Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within Salesforce.com
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
• Coordinate internal resources to solve client’s issues and execution of service agreements 

What we’re looking for: 

• BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B
• Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired
• Proven record of success in an inside sales and or outside sales-based selling model
• Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Ability to develop trusted relationships
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools
• Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com
• Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting
