Squiz is looking for Senior Account Executives (Hunters open to all levels of experience) to join our fantastic, refreshed, hungry and growing team. Working closely with the customer consulting team, your primary focus will be selling the Squiz Digital Experience Platform, an Enterprise SaaS platform that organizations use to build online services and experiences.

What you would do:

• Proactively identify leads, present our value proposition, and translate them into customers
• Own the experience from pre-sales to post-sale
• Negotiate pricing, contractual agreements, and close business  
• Build sales pipeline for the region, making sure every deal is balanced between the customer’s needs and our own company goals
• Build and promote strong lasting customer relationships
• Bring the right people across teams together to deliver winning tenders, bids and proposals 
• Participate in events and marketing activities in person and online
• Apply your industry knowledge and insights to the customers world

About the Role 

Reporting to the Executive General Manager, this position will be at the heart of the operations to deliver a culinary vision highlighting the finest, native Australian ingredients throughout our rail journeys and provide our guests with an experience that will ‘go beyond’.

• Ability to multitask between creative and 'hands-on', partner with stakeholders and lead our experienced brigade of Chefs to encourage growth.
• Responsible for creating a strong, positive team environment and relationships with the team, where standards are not simply met, but exceeded. 
• Able to enhance financial performance and ensure employee satisfaction is exceeded to drive revenue growth  

• Focus on exceptional customer service excellence for our guests and cultivate an experience where this is the standard and this is evidenced through consistent NPS scores.   
• Menu design and implementation.
• Supporting the warehouse department through leadership and management of full train provisioning.

About You 

• Dynamic and visionary leader. You must be dynamic with a real creative flair.
• It is essential that you are a chef by trade with culinary qualifications - from time to time you will 'jump' onboard the train to immerse yourself with the team.

• Ability to deliver culinary experiences that ‘go beyond’ our guest's expectations 

• Approachable, energetic and able to inspire your team. You will love an 'out of the box' idea.

• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional produce is sourced and enhances the guest’s experiences onboard our train journeys.  

• You will be a natural mentor with the ability to enhance your team’s potential and inspire your team.

• Open to a challenge and ability to problem solve effectively when faced with high-pressure situations 

• Effective communication to ensure positive relationships across the Rail leadership team.

As a Commercial Enterprise Account Executive your core objective is new logo acquisition by taking on a solutions approach to the pursuit of enterprise deals across multiple verticals.

What you’ll deliver:

• Actively source and pursue every qualified opportunity to secure logos using multiple channels. Maps complex enterprise accounts building consensus, ultimately negotiating/closing license and professional services agreements
• Deliver engaging solutions-oriented sales presentations virtually and in person
• Establish strong working relationships with key client stakeholders
• Engage with internal colleagues in marketing and inside sales to create strategy, messaging and sales collateral tailored for your portfolio of business
• Develop a pipeline of opportunities within the designated territory of enterprise companies (3,000  - 10,000 employees) seeking opportunities to uplevel or replace their existing recruitment platforms
• Acquire Industry knowledge related to general trends, emerging technologies, and competitors
• Anticipate, mitigate, and manage deal risks appropriately and delivers dependable forecasts
