About The Role:

As a Level 2 Support Analyst you will be responsible for the support of Civica’s Education applications and services.  As a member of the Level 2 Support Team, you will assist with the diagnosis, remediation, and resolution of production issues, liasing with the client support team, internal IT operations and development teams where necessary.  The role will also involve engaging external vendors.

Other keys areas of responsibility will include:

• Provide excellent customer service in line with Civica Service Desk Charter and Values.
• Provide application support for products and services produced by Civica to defined service levels.
• Diagnose and resolve functional issues.
• Prioritise customer needs and deliver solutions with a customer-centric approach.

• Identify recurring issues and share findings to prevent similar problems from happening in the future.

• Adhere to Service Management policies, processes, and procedures (e.g. ticket handling policy, incident management, request fulfilment and problem management), follow all relevant business and information security processes as documented in the relevant management systems, and provided by Team Leader.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a customer-facing Service Desk environment.
• Proficient in process analysis, problem-solving techniques, and troubleshooting skills.
• Previous application support experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding attention to detail, organised and possess excellent time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite
• Experience with SQL scripting.

THE OPPORTUNITY 

Due to continued growth, we are now looking for a Business System Analyst to provide strategic system support to our Client Services Divisions. Reporting directly to the Head of Client Services, you will play a critical part in establishing, designing, configuring, and maintaining their global operating system, OneBill.  You will work cross functionally translating requirements into design, and ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure including billing, end to end order fulfilment, helpdesk, and support. • Ensure accurate configuration of data and systems for automated, timely billing, receivables, and reconciliation. 
• Customise reports, notifications, and dashboards for stakeholders, providing insights to highlight key metrics (eg: forecasted revenue, aged debt, and more to trigger actions for informed decision-making.   
• Establish business rules for customer registration and maintenance, ensuring accurate billing for subscription changes and upgrades/downgrades. 
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to design end-to-end order fulfilment processes on OneBill.  
• Implement system workflows for Helpdesk operations, managing service requests, ticket allocation, and tracking for resolution. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design data interfaces and integration methods with other systems, enhancing information flow and accuracy. 
• Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting for system queries and technical issues. 
• Maintain corporate telephony system functionality, including call centre workflows and user group configuration for incident management. 
• Conduct data quality control measures to ensure accuracy and reliability.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Risk Analyst (SRMA) with Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) expertise to join our busy and expanding Sydney-based Infrastructure team, who are advising clients on a range of high-profile infrastructure projects across Australia. This role will suit a Senior Risk Analyst who is skilled in developing QRAs from a rail, aviation, water/utilities, energy or defence background with proven experience of QCRA and QSRA compilation and a detailed understanding of risk management processes.

The Senior Risk Analyst will coordinate the compilation of the necessary project and risk data, model this at a package and project level to provide probabilistic certainty to the project. The SRMA will provide reports on the QRA modelling and scenario outcomes.

The primary purpose of the role is to lead the QRA risk modelling function on a complex infrastructure project. In addition to providing quantitative risk modelling assessments, the SRMA will be required to undertake sensitivity and scenario analyses. 

The SRMA will work with the PMO and Delivery Teams to collate all QRA inputs. The SRMA will ensure the quality and validation of all inputs and that all outputs are accurate.

The main duties of a Senior Risk Analyst is:

• Conduct QRAs to inform project contingency levels and track risk exposure.
• Provide QRA sensitivity and scenario modelling analyses.
• Candidates will have an expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Produce risk dashboards, reports and PowerPoints, in a timely manner, to support the presentation of QRA results.
• Candidates will ideally be proficient with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.

• Provision of financial / cash flow modelling for office assets and compilation of information for use in submissions, pitches and information memorandums.
• Coordinating comprehensive financial and technical due diligence and assistance with handling associated enquiries during campaigns, including lease reviews and outgoings benchmarking exercises.
• Research and analysis of relevant market information / intelligence.
• Manage the key data sources of the team including sales data, valuations data, operating agreement data and other sector specific data.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies for the Office Capital Markets client group, including Institutional and International clients.
