We are currently working with an International Financial services organisation that is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team and contribute to a critical Data Loss Protection project. Position Overview: As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in their Data Loss Protection initiative, leveraging your expertise in data protection policies and proficiency in Tableau to analyze, interpret, and present complex reports. Responsibilities: Lead and drive the Data Loss Protection project, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and policies. Analyze and understand complex data protection requirements and policies. Utilize Tableau to create insightful and actionable reports for stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Data Loss Protection projects. High proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and reporting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. Background in continuous improvement and familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles (nice to have) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
